Terms and Conditions

1. Class Enrollment Refunds

We understand that schedules change and life happens. The following refund policy applies to all class enrollments purchased through Prepped and Ready Dance:

More than 48 hours before class: Full refund
48 hours or less before class: No refund issued
No-shows: No refund or credit will be issued for missed classes without prior notice
Class cancellations by Prepped and Ready Dance: A full refund or class credit will be issued at the customer’s preference

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing info@preppedandreadydance.com. Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.

2. Private Lessons

Private lesson cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund or reschedule at no charge
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the session fee
Prepped and Ready Dance reserves the right to reschedule private lessons due to instructor availability with advance notice provided

3. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products including training videos, guides, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion

4. Account Credits

Account credits issued by Prepped and Ready Dance do not expire and may be applied to any future purchase
Credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value
Credits cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases

5. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By enrolling in any class, program, or training session offered by Prepped and Ready Dance, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Physical Activity Risk Dance instruction is a physically demanding activity. Participants may be exposed to risk of physical injury including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, or other injuries associated with dance and physical movement. You voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, associated with participation in any Prepped and Ready Dance program.

Parental & Guardian Consent For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete enrollment on the minor’s behalf. By completing enrollment, the parent or guardian acknowledges and accepts these terms on behalf of the minor and confirms they have the authority to do so. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for their minor’s participation.

Medical Conditions It is the responsibility of the participant (or parent/guardian for minors) to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect safe participation prior to enrollment. Prepped and Ready Dance is not liable for injury or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

Emergency Medical Authorization In the event of a medical emergency during a class or session, Prepped and Ready Dance staff are authorized to contact emergency medical services on behalf of the participant. Any costs associated with emergency medical care are the sole responsibility of the participant or their parent/guardian.

Limitation of Liability Prepped and Ready Dance, its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any class or program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific class or program in which the injury or loss occurred.

6. Photo & Video Release

Classes and events may be photographed or recorded for promotional, educational, or social media purposes. By enrolling, you grant Prepped and Ready Dance permission to use images or video in which you or your minor child appear for these purposes. If you do not consent to being photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing prior to your first class and we will make every reasonable accommodation.

7. Code of Conduct

Prepped and Ready Dance reserves the right to remove any participant from a class or program without refund in cases of:

Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior
Harassment of instructors, staff, or other participants
Violation of studio policies

8. Policy Changes

Prepped and Ready Dance reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued enrollment after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
